    The digital marketing services we offer to our customers will be provided with regular updates and progress reports throughout our collaboration. Work tracking and progression will be carried out in regular communication with the customer.

    2. Business Process and Planning

    The process and planning of our services will be carried out within the timelines determined together with our customers. Work will be completed in accordance with the determined stages and processes, and results will be presented to the customer.

    3. Collaboration and Communication

    SetTo Box will work in cooperation with its customers, striving to understand and meet customers' needs in the best way possible. Communication channels will remain open at all times and customer feedback will be evaluated.

    4. Service Delivery Times

    Service delivery times vary depending on the type of service. Website design services are delivered within the timeframe agreed with the customer, while ongoing services such as Meta Ads Management, Google Ads Management, and Local Digital Marketing are delivered continuously during the collaboration period.

    Refund Policy

    As SetTo Box, customer satisfaction is our priority and we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. However, we determine our refund policy as follows in certain situations:

    1. Service Being Incomplete or Defective

    If our customers believe that the service they received is incomplete or defective, they can report the situation to us at info@settobox.com as soon as possible. We will review the situation and try to make the necessary corrections.

    2. Service Not Being Delivered

    If services are not delivered within the specified time, customers can request a refund. In this case, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.

    3. Cancellations and Changes

    Cancellation requests or change requests made before the start of services may result in the customer receiving a full or partial refund of their payment. These situations will be discussed in detail with the customer.

    4. Ongoing Service Cancellations

    For ongoing services such as Meta Ads Management, Google Ads Management, and Local Digital Marketing, cancellations can be made with 30 days' notice. In such cases, the proportional amount for the unused period will be calculated and refunded.

    5. Refund Processing Time

    Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days after the request is approved. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.
